1. Buy Only from Official or Authorized Retailers
Ensure you’re purchasing from trusted sources:
- Official site: Always buy from official websites or well-known, country-specific trusted retailers. If you are shopping on a marketplace (such as Amazon), make sure the seller is the official BIODANCE store or a verified partner.
- Authorized sellers: BIODANCE has different authorized distributors depending on the region. In Europe and the UK, packaging should include the name of the responsible person and/or distributor. When in doubt, contact them directly to confirm whether the store you are buying from is sourcing products legitimately.
2. Watch for Unusual Package Design or Disclosed Ingredients
- Packaging red flags: Counterfeit masks often copy the original packaging but get the details wrong. Some customers have reported products that looked identical at first glance, but careful inspection revealed subtle printing issues, missing labels, or incorrect fonts. Always compare your packaging with images from trusted sources.
- Check ingredient transparency: Real BIODANCE masks avoid harsh fillers. Authentic sets contain clearly listed ingredients like collagen, peptides, ceramides, galactomyces, and niacinamide.
- If you buy in set (4 masks per set), you will find a seal with QR code, you can scan them for verification.
3. Avoid Too-Good-to-Be-True Discounts
